Dana & Julie, the co-founders of Live Heavily Meditated, co-lead every event together. Our meditation events are held onsite at your workplace. We serve the Boulder/Denver area and beyond. You choose the day, time-frame and location. We deliver an experience, not just content. That's what makes us unique.
From small, team-based events to on-going company-wide wellness initiatives, we are 100% flexible to your needs. We’re up for just about anything — location, length of time, and level of customization.
CORPORATE MEDITATION EVENT
This is our signature experience that provides a strong foundation into the world of secular meditation. We facilitate an interactive experience that includes 5 guided meditations that participant will sample. Participants will also discover the scientifically proven benefits of meditation/mindfulness, learn the science of how and why it works, and discover how to create a personal practice. We recommend keeping this group more intimate (up to 15 participants per event).
($499 per 60 minute experience)
