If you're looking for a longer reset and deep connection, plan a private retreat. Our retreats are for busy people who can't escape to a tropical island or a Himalayan cave for the next six weeks.
These mini-retreats are held at your home, place of business or other inspiring spot for four (4) hours. They include guided meditation, yoga, journaling, hiking (depending on location and weather) and healthy eating. It's like pushing the reset button on your life.
Live Heavily Meditated will co-lead you and your friends through deeply rejuvenating morning, afternoon or evening event. There's something magical that happens when you bring a group of friends together to slow down, tune-in and connect.
WE COME TO YOU
Our private retreats are held at your home. We serve the Boulder/Denver area. You choose the day, time-frame, and invite your friends (a maximum of 12 participants).
Don't feel like hosting the retreat at your house? Try our space. Introducing “Ananda House,” Sanskrit for bliss or pure joy. Ananda House is our beautiful Air B&B space in Boulder CO that’s available for realistic retreats.

SAMPLE ITINERARY (9 am - 1 pm)
9 AM - Meditation & Mindfulness
9:30 AM - Yoga
10:30 AM - Guided Journaling
11:30 - Mindful Spa lunch
12:15 - Guided Meditation & Instruction
1 PM - Depart
4 hour experience: $199 per participant (with a minimum of 5, maximum of 12 participants)
HOW TO BOOK YOUR PRIVATE RETREAT:
Step 1: Choose your day (generally 4 - 8 weeks out).
Step 2: Choose your timeframe:
Morning (9am - 1pm) - includes a healthy lunch
Afternoon (12pm - 4pm) - includes a healthy lunch
Evening (4pm - 8pm) - includes a healthy dinner
Step 3: Allow us 24 - 48 hours to confirm if your first choice day and time work.
Step 4: Invite up to 11 friends (minimum of 5 people).
