Marriage/divorce, birthdays, new home/moving away, pregnancy, new career/retirement, menopause, cancer survivor, heck even a mid-life crisis qualifies. Let's redefine what sacred means in life. 

A SACRED CEREMONY BLENDS:

WE COME TO YOU.

Our private sacred ceremonies can be held in your home (or other space). We serve the Boulder/Denver area.

 

PRICING

75 minute experience: $350 flat fee (up to 12 people may attend)

HOW TO BOOK YOUR CEREMONY:

  • Step 1: Choose your day (generally 4 - 8 weeks out).

  • Step 2: Choose your timeframe (60 minutes).

  • Step 3: Choose your location: home, business, etc. 

  • Step 4: Allow us 24 - 48 hours to confirm if your first choice day and time work.

  • Step 5: Invite up to 12 friends.

Live Heavily Meditated can help design and implement an integrative employee wellness program that's focused on creating a resilient, mindful workplace, leadership and culture utilizing these best practices (performed over the course of a year):

  • Fostering the commitment and alignment of leadership.

  • Creating whole-person programming based on the needs and wants of your employees, focused on mindfulness, stress management, mental/emotional wellness and resilience.

  • Training the trainer. Working with employees who are interested in facilitating mindfulness-related techniques/classes to infuse the culture.

  • Developing the environment, policies & practices that support mindfulness.

  • Implementing evaluations, communicate, and celebrate!

  • Level Up with Meditation: Learn how to use meditation and mindfulness to improve focus, productivity and clarity, why top athletes, sports teams, business and CEOs are using meditation to their advantage. 

  • Creativity Kick-starter: Learn how to use mindfulness to tap into creativity, intuition and self-awareness, while developing meaning, purpose and joy. Discover why "creativity is the new literacy" for our culture. 

  • Grow your Inner Guru: Learn to reconnect to your inner compass, and grow your intuition & wisdom with mindfulness and meditation. 

(6 hour experience)

(40 minute experience includes: 15 minute intro, 15 minute guided meditation, 10 minute Q & A  & specific ideas for integrating this into work/life)

MONTH OF MINDFUL AT WORK: FOUR (4) GUIDED MEDITATION CLASSES

Live Heavily Meditated will co-lead your employees through four (4) guided meditation & mindfulness classes. Participants will walk away with the skills and knowledge to:

  • Create their own in-home or at-work meditation and mindfulness practice.

  • Understand the scientifically proven benefits of meditation & mindfulness.

  • Implement on the spot stress busting techniques.

  • Create the outer container: supportive accountability group of like-minded individuals in the work place.

General set-up​:

  • 30 minute sessions​: 10 min. introduction on theme, 15 min. guided meditation, 5 min. Q & A.

  • Generally scheduled 1x per week for 4 weeks.
